SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ruby Red's accepts returned merchandise within thirty (10) days of receiving the items for any reason (shipping and handling not refundable). Just let us know why the product did not meet your satisfaction by contacting us at XXXXXXXXX. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or a copy of the receipt then refunds or product credit will be made. Products can only be returned if unused.
Defective or Damaged Product
In the event that product is defective or arrives damaged from a Carrier, the customer will need to submit a claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Stolen or Lost Shipment Claims
We will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. After a shipment has been reported lost with the local carrier, a request may be made with us for replacement of the lost shipment.
